Highly recommend! We take all of our cars to Gabe & Jacob for regular servicing. Would be hard to find more honest, reliable and hard-working guys. I first came to the owner with a long & expensive list of items from another mechanic. Gabe actually crossed many things off the list, told my husband where to buy a few things that he could change out himself for cheap, and then prioritized the rest of the work so we wouldn't have to pay for a huge amount in one visit. Who does that these days?? Honest, local, small- business owners like these guys. Take your car to J & A and feel confident that the work they tell you NEEDS to be done, really does AND that their pricing is fair & competitive!

AMAZING!!! Is all I can say. I get taken advantage of at so many car places I go and I knew the very first moment I called them I wanted to bring my car here. They were suggested by a fellow teacher of mine and am so happy with the service. They were so informational and not to mention affordable. They didn't nickel and dime me and did what needed to be done. My car had a hard rattle and was running terrible and they fixed it with my car only being there one night. A few weeks later something completely different happened and it was something they thought may have been under a warranty at the dealership because my car was newer. They made the calls for me and without any hesitation told me to take it to the deal ship to save money because it was under warranty. They are like a family there and will treat you as such! Highly recommend!

This place is so awesome. I have never felt they have tried to over charge me for anything. My Honda has almost 350K miles and they keep the services up to date and inexpensive. They are always friendly and honest on what needs to be done.

We have been going to J&A for many years and tell everyone that we meet that if they ever have any problems with their cars, to take it to Gabe and Jake. These young men and their staff are true professionals and will work hard and give you the best deal that they can. They go above and beyond what most shops will do. They are honest, hard working, and two of the nicest young men (and staff) that you could ask for. We take our cars to no one else but J&A. If you want the best...go to J&A.

As an update to my original review, I've had the misfortune of having the transmission on my truck go out. Not only did J&A provide the best price, but they also provided the best service. The rebuilt unit was not up to snuff and Gabe would not accept this as being a proper way to treat a customer. So, under warranty, the transmission was replaced and now my truck shifts through gears the way the manufacturer intended. I don't think I'll ever consider going anywhere else. The crew at J&A are a class act all the way around and is the best type of mechanic you can find -- AN HONEST ONE!

I LOVE this place! I trust taking my car here. I never feel ripped off or feel as though I was taken advantage of. Jacob does amazing work. Everything j&A fixes..stays fixed!

This place is a gem. I've been to many auto repair shops over the years and nothing compares to J & A! They are as fair and honest as they come. I've been several times and they always do a great job and at a very reasonable price.

Awesome auto repair shop. I live in the OC, but I drove all the way to Norco to have my Acura serviced here. It is really hard to find a repair shop that you can trust. They are an honest business and do great work. I came here because I had my car screwed up by another shop. J & A Auto was able to repair the damage for super cheap! Gabe was the one helping me and he is very friendly and let me know everything that was going on with my car and kept me updated as they went along. They didn't do any additional unnecessary work in order to get more money out of me. It's nice to know I have a trustworthy shop to take my Acura to. Piece of mind with the car you drive every day is extremely important.
